Holistic Yoga offers a nurturing experience to the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. By incorporating the concepts of mindfulness students bring awareness to the inner life. This helps the student recognize emotions, habitual patterns of thinking, and discover insights into the inner workings of the mind. Below are class descriptions.

The Tuesday 9:30 & Wednesday 9 AM Slow Flow classes are designed to fit the needs of the 50+ yogi but yogis of all ages are welcome. Class ends with 5 minutes of silent meditation.

Wednesday at 10:30 we have Yoga Blend. This class is prefect for the yogi who cannot get on the floor. We do yoga sitting in a chair and standing. Sometimes qigong is included. Class ends with 5 minutes of silent meditation.
