Holistic Yoga offers a nurturing experience to the whole person; mind, body and spirit. By bringing mindfulness into yoga practice students learn how to take yoga off the mat and incorporate the skills of yoga into your daily life. Class incorporates guide visualization/relaxation, breath awareness, asana, and yoga concepts.
Students need to be able to get up and down from the floor without difficulty.
