Balance This video is listed as beginner level but is a bit challenging, so don’t expect to be as balanced as the young man doing the exercises ~ great ideas for anyone who wants to work on balance.
Balance for Seniors This video is less challenging than the one listed above.
Core ~ Cirque du Soleil This video has several ideas to consider but is a Level 3, Level 4 if ankle and wrist weights are used.
