Holistic Yoga offers you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of yoga in the comfort of Southern Pines United Methodist Church. Classes are in the narthex. To enter the narthex, enter through the door between the columns. See photo above. The narthex has a lovely view of the meditation garden.
